I’ve been practising yoga for 20 years having first attended classes whilst at university. I have attended classes all round the world and experienced a number of styles such as Iyengar, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hot yoga, Nidra, restorative and more recently Shadow yoga to name but a few. These are all forms of Hatha yoga and I draw on all my experiences with these styles in my classes.
I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with anyone who wants to either try it for the first time or continue on their yogic pathway. Yoga really is for everybody, no matter what your age, body type, flexibility or strength.
My group classes take place in Finchampstead and Aborfield in Berkshire, and I offer one-to-one classes run from your own space.
